Furniture Shipping & Return Policy


Pick Up: Customer Pick Up (Greater Chicago Area)

We offer free pick-up option from our US warehouses.

US Warehouse: Franklyn Park, IL (1-4 business days)

Orders can only be held for pick up for 15 calendar days so please notify us if you require further time, storage fees may apply. If a third party is collecting your order, please notify us in advance and ensure that they bring a photo ID or our warehouse team may deny pick up. We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and a friend to help carry the order, as our warehouse team will not be able to assist with loading. WIZMODERN is not liable for any loss, shipping damage, cost, or expense once the warehouse transfers possession of the order to the customer or the customer’s appointed party. If you are considering a return, please request to keep the original packaging.

Wizmodern offers free shipping for order over $1499. In 50 states of USA except for Hawaii and Alaska.

Please be Aware, Shipping could be extremely expensive, some large items could take up to $1000 in shipping costs. We advise you think carefully before placing an order. We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our “Contact Us” page and our team will provide all the details for initiating a return. Just like most return policies, we are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned. Please note that Standard Shipping from the original order are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier.


Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. If original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund. It may take up to 5 business days for credit to appear. Wizmodern cannot be held responsible for third party costs. Returns received past 30 days from the date of receipt and/or not received in original condition cannot be refunded. Shipping charges, custom and special-order furniture, non-stock items and polycarbonate are non-refundable. Standard Shipping and Express Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special-order furniture. All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items as they are sold in the condition as is. Final Sale items are exempt from regular store policy and are only covered by WIZ Limited

Warranty for 90 calendar days. Strictly no exceptions will be made for Final Sale items.
